Use ultrafine PTFE dust
Useful in many solvent-based and powder coats including plastic coatings, paper paint, coils, wax coatings, oil-curable coatings, and paints. It is also useful for coatings that are resistant to surface scratches, corrosion and weather, as well as coatings with paints. The PTFE powder is a solid alternative to a liquid lubricant. It is also useful to enhance the fluidity inks. It’s usually used in the amount of 1-3wt% as an anti-wear agent. You can use it for coatings that are nonstick. The normal addition level is 5wt%. You can use the organic solvent dispersion as a release agents. The organic solvent dispersion can be used to release various plastics like polycarbonate, polyurethane and polycarbonate. A recommended dose is between 0.1 and 5.0% of total dosage. The product is started with it. To achieve maximum dispersion, you need to stir at high speed. You should not place the product in a sandmill or three-roll mill as this will affect its performance. You can pre-disperse it with an organic solvent to give it a better result.
